In fulfillment of its international humanitarian obligations, Canada extends its compassionate hand to thousands of refugees annually, individuals compelled to flee their homelands and unable to safely return, necessitating international refuge. Canada provides two distinct pathways for refugees and asylum seekers: the Refugee and Humanitarian Resettlement Program and the In-Canada Asylum Program.

• Under this program, we at GLPC help aspiring refugees who are unable to submit their applications directly. Present you in the court and also prepare you for the court.

• For those already within Canada's borders or possessing valid visas for entry, the In-Canada Asylum Program offers a route to seek refugee protection, provided specific prerequisites are met.
